**About the role**

The Head of Contract Logistics manages and coordinates the implementation of the defined strategy for all entities’ Contract Logistics business in the ASPAC region. Working closely with other functions in the region and HQ, the Head of Contract Logistics ensures solutions we offer bring value and innovation to our customers.

**What you will be doing**

Reporting to the CEO, Asia Pacific, you will:
**Lead the Solutions Community & Solutions Design**
- Strong representation of the regional office within the region
- Design and budget solutions in Contract Logistics to support sales and development
- Understand the needs of Bollore Logistics customers through internal & external communications, providing a consultative approach to solutions design
- Partnering with other functions i.e. FO, MO, BO in delivering a comprehensive solution

**Project Management**
- Own and manage projects from definition to implementation
- Organize project teams with identified resources in the region and formalize project milestones and perimeters

**Operations Excellence**
- Drive and coordinate Ops Excellence Program (BOES)
- Support performance improvement by standard SOP analysis and enhancement
- Support the implementation of the standard (communications, training etc.) and exchanging of best practices
- Influence leaders in the region to building a continuous improvement culture

**Re-engineering / Optimizing Action Plans**
- Manage customer re-engineering study to meet KPIs
- Manage optimization studies on customers’ operations in alignment to cost savings program

**Innovation**
- Be part of the Bollore Innovation Program (Regional b-lab)
- Participate in the Bollore key account transformation, anticipate trends, propose, and structure innovation proposition

**Talent Development for Contract Logistics**
- Building a healthy internal talent pipeline for Contract Logistics in ASPAC region through training and internal mobility
- Increase Logistics Solutions capability in the region
- Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
- Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviors

**Lean, QHSE and CSR**
- Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
- Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
- Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements
- Support the implementation of Lean in the region
- Drive and support Sustainability initiatives in the region

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge in Contract Logistics / Warehousing / Distribution
- At least 7 years of experience in the 3PL industry (Engineering / Solutions / Projects)
- Ability to influence remote teams and leaders, building a continuous improvement culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different cultures and difficult situations
- Strong analytical skills (gather, analyze, diagnose, and provide solutions)
- Ability to coordinate and manage at a transversal level
- Strong customer relations external vendor management
