Business Development and Partnerships Specialist
Nexia Singapore PAC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development and Partnerships Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our business development efforts in Asia through researching and identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and assisting in the development and execution of sales presentations and proposals.

About the Role
This is an entry-level role that requires a strong background in business development and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, and a proven track record of success in research and analysis.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Assist in the development and execution of sales presentations and proposals
- Represent Nexia at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Manage and track business development activities, providing regular reports to senior management

Skills and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the Singapore business ecosystem, government bodies, and industry associations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
