Core Banking Transformation Specialist

Job Title:
">Project Manager
">Supports the planning and execution of pre-study activities across multiple workstreams, driving project governance and ensuring alignment between business and technology stakeholders.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and milestone trackers to ensure timely completion of initiatives. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and steering committees to achieve strategic goals.
">Track and report progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure informed decision-making. Coordinate with business analysts, architects, and vendor teams to deliver high-quality results.
">Maintain alignment with regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements to minimize risk. Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field. Korean-speaking candidates preferred. 5+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
">Experience in banking or financial services, preferably in core banking projects. Familiarity with pre-study or feasibility phases of large-scale transformations.
">Strong understanding of project governance frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint.
">Preferred Qualifications:
">Experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
