We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team at SLS BEARINGS (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED in Tuas. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for handling order processing, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and providing excellent customer experience.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders efficiently and effectively to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Liaise with internal departments to expedite sales orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork, including delivery orders, invoices, and other documents for air or sea freight arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and history of buying from SLS.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • At least GCE 'O' levels or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with JD Edwards is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to work in Tuas.

Salary: SGD 3,500 - 4,200 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development.
