About the Job
We are seeking an Enterprise Business Growth Associate to join our team. As an Enterprise Business Growth Associate, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research and networking.
- Use various tools and platforms to gather leads and maintain a pipeline
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Gather insights on customer needs and industry developments
- Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media
- Set up meetings to understand client needs and present solution
Requirements
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or Career Counselling / Placements role, ideally within the Consulting industry.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.

Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this role is SGD 55,000 - 75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
