About This Opportunity:

This Is An IT Support Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading & developing the brand/channel strategy and execution plans. This includes delivering the turnover, market share targets as well as the implementations of the perfect stores' initiatives within the 5 Ps guidelines and the achievements of sales fundamentals according to the channel blueprint.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver against planned revenue, volume, gross margin of key brands & customers.
  2. Prepare channel blueprints with clear & defined 5 Ps guidelines with strong objectives.
  3. Drive brand performance through implementation of Perfect Stores / Sales fundamental targets by customers/channel via Sales Team.
  4. Lead development of the brand/channel strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all products.
  5. Define brand by channel promo guidelines & secure implementation.
  6. Evaluate & monitor promo progress & effectiveness.
  7. Proactive in planning of all gap fill activities if needed.
  8. Ensure the management and monitoring of brand trade spend investments is effectively managed.
  9. Contribute to the Company's goals and objectives and improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance.
  10. Develop a trade promotional plan with key customers and channels.
  11. Prepare listings, define trade story, prepare trade material, communications & national promotion.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar position preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Excellent oral, interpersonal and written communications skills.
  • Trade or customer marketing background, and experience working with sales organizations.
