Job Title: Office Coordinator We are seeking a highly skilled Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Perform patients' billing and claims related functions
  • Facilitate enquiries from external parties for billing and/or claims matters
  • Liaise with Operations colleagues for case verifications, dispute handling, and bill amendments
  • Attend to enquiries from internal stakeholders
  • Respond to patient and next of kin enquiries via email, SMS, and phone in a timely manner
 Requirements: 
  • Possess GCE 'A' Level or Higher NITEC qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Meticulous with ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to converse and write well in English
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
