**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee all parameters of the move and serve as the main point of contact of the assignee / client. From introduction call to delivery and claim process.
- Must also ensure that all accounts are maintained to the highest level, running the move as cost efficiently as able without damaging customer satisfaction.
- Must use all resources available to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
- Follow-up queries from potential clients ranging from corporate, trade and private customers.
- Manage enquiries, provide details on storage movements and monitor shipment in transit.
- Ensuring smooth moving process relating to the client's personal effect/household goods.
- Preparing import and export documentation.
- Produce quotation and raise invoices.
- Ensuring move process for clients which involves passing relevant information accurately to other team members as a part of the coordination of a move.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Requires strong communication skills as well as the ability to work effectively as a team leader.
- Able to work well under pressure, to cost and time constraints.
- Well organised and able to effectively arrange the move with other departments and so the ability to multi-task is essential.
- A good problem solver with intuition to resolve any issues and complaints from the client.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
