We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to fill the position of Senior Human Resource Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, reference checks, offer negotiations, contract signing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate new employee orientation and manage exit clearance procedures.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records accurately.
- Oversee work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Draft and prepare various HR documents (appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion letters, etc.).
- Manage leave administration and overtime calculations.
- Plan and oversee training programs.
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as documentation, filing, and data updates.
- Provide reception coverage when required.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
