
HR and Administrative Professional

The role of the HR and Administrative Professional involves providing support to the organization by handling various administrative tasks, including managing employee work passes, processing payroll, and maintaining a smooth onboarding and offboarding process.
This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask with ease. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely tax clearance for employees and managing insurance claims for medical and accident-related issues.
In addition to these responsibilities, the HR and Administrative Professional will assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. This includes issuing uniforms to new employees during the onboarding process and managing uniform inventory.
General office administrative duties such as filing, organizing, and managing office supplies and stock are also an integral part of this role.
Requirements:- A minimum Diploma in Human Resource or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Process monthly payroll and overtime payments
- Handle employee work pass applications and cancellations
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process
- Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Ensure timely tax clearance for employees
- Manage insurance claims for employees, including medical and accident claims
- Perform other HR-related tasks or projects as required
- Issue uniforms to new employees during onboarding and manage uniform inventory
- Perform general office administrative duties such as filing, organizing, and managing office supplies and stock
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 08:00am - 05:00pm
