This is a dynamic role that contributes to the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate employee records and HR systems are maintained and updated. Additionally, it involves coordinating employee engagement initiatives and events, preparing essential HR reports and support documentation, and providing administrative support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with new hire orientation and separation procedures
- Maintain up-to-date employee databases and HR systems
- Coordinate internal events and activities to foster teamwork and morale
- Develop and distribute HR-related documents and reports
- Offer general administrative assistance to the HR department
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple tasks and priorities
