Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our regional growth strategy. The successful candidate will drive sustainable growth, identify priority markets, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of GTM activities and maximize growth.

About the Role

The Regional Growth Lead will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and driving key regional/global initiatives to maintain a competitive position, drive incremental growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Obtaining feedback from customers, sales, professional services, and support on platform performance along with ideas for enhancements that will drive satisfaction, retention, and upsells.
  • Developing and coordinating cross-sell and upsell campaigns for Sales to maximise revenue.
  • Leveraging business performance metrics to identify and successfully execute new initiatives that will drive customer satisfaction and overall revenues.
  • Assisting on new business opportunities, pricing approvals, and deal reviews.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven customer-interaction and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to get up to speed quickly and understand the platform proposition.
  • Knowledge and prior experience of working in a similar business (a plus, but not essential).
  • Highly motivated - able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptable as the business is continuously evolving.
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a matrixed organisation.
  • Direct client experience preferred.
