Role Overview

The Quotation Specialist plays a vital role in defining project needs and creating precise cost estimates.

As a key member of the team, this individual will work closely with engineering and production teams to assess project feasibility and identify optimal manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer requirements and specifications to define project needs.
  • Create detailed quotations with technical descriptions, cost breakdowns, and delivery timelines.
  • Evaluate quotations for alignment with company pricing strategies and competitiveness.
  • Assess project feasibility by reviewing engineering drawings and collaborating with engineering and production teams.
  • Provide technical support and project feasibility assessments to sales teams and clients.
Requirements
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in quotations or cost estimation roles.
  • Entry-level candidates with relevant internships may also be considered.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
