Job Title:
Project Cost Estimator (Construction / Up to $6,000)

Role Overview:
A highly experienced Project Cost Estimator is required to join our team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, working closely with project managers and site engineers to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide detailed cost estimates for construction projects
* Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to identify project costs and develop comprehensive cost plans
* Conduct site visits to gather information on project progress and identify potential cost savings opportunities
* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to negotiate competitive pricing
* Analyze and interpret project data to identify trends and areas for cost improvement

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* At least 8 years of experience in cost estimating and quantity surveying
* Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
