PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Outbound Call Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to meet performance targets.
Responsibilities:
- We are looking for someone who can conduct outbound calls to ensure timely consent collection from respondents in selected establishments.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for reaching out to respondents, explaining survey objectives and procedures, and interpreting survey questions to facilitate comprehension.
- They will compile, record, and input results and data from interview surveys into our system, as well as track collection progress and identify/report problems in obtaining valid data.
- Additionally, the candidate will be expected to achieve assigned targets/KPIs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and customer service roles.
- Prior experience in call center environments is highly beneficial.
- Excellent spoken language and good communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
