Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, delivering exceptional customer service experience to clients across various industries. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs.

About the Role:

- Conduct outbound calls to clients to discuss survey objectives and procedures
- Reach out to respondents to participate in digital surveys
- Explain survey questions and provide assistance to ensure comprehension
- Compile, record, and input results into the system
- Monitor progress and ensure KPIs are met

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in administrative and customer service roles
- Prior experience in call center environments is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
