Job Details:

  • Working days: Mon - Fri (office hours)
  • Work location: Clarke Quay / Novena (work in office)
  • Salary: UP to $3,300 per month
  • Contract duration: till Dec 2025 (Renewable depending on performance and project)
  • Able to start work immediately or within 1 month notice period

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls & site visit to ensure timely consent collection
  • Reach out to the respondent from selected establishment to participate and in digital survey data transmission
  • Explain survey objectives and procedures to respondent on the confidential database to be extracted
  • Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension
  • Compile, record, input results and data from interview surveys into the system
  • Conduct administrative tracking of the collection progress.
  • Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
  • Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in administrative & customer service
  • Prior experience in call center environment will be beneficial
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment & achieved assigned targets/KPIs
  • Well spoken & good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office, especially Excel
