We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk support, including but not limited to:
- Receiving and Assisting Walk-In Students
- Attending to Incoming Calls and Enquiries
- Providing Administrative Support
- Maintaining the Sick Bay
- Managing Office Administration Tasks
- Prioritizing Tasks Effectively
- Engaging Parents on Administrative Matters
- Manning the General Office Reception Counter
- Assisting with Ad-Hoc Duties
Additional responsibilities may include attending school emergency exercises and supporting school events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Front Desk Reception Duties
- Prior Experience in School Settings, Particularly Primary Schools, is an Advantage
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in Reading, Writing, and Conversing in English
- Warm and Approachable Personality
- Excellent Customer Service and Telephone Etiquette
