Job SummaryWe're seeking a driven Senior Regional Business Development Manager to develop and grow new business and execute business strategies in the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies for product development and growth across regional solutioning teams;
- Collaborate with various verticals and regional teams to develop and shape product offerings, driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction;
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to align on strategies to achieve commercial objectives;
- Assist with organisational structures to achieve operational efficiency for products and solutions;
- Act as key point of contact for regional clients, assisting with scoping and qualifying opportunities, pricing and tender submissions;
- Define plans for solution implementation;
- Manage tender process by engaging internal and external stakeholders;
- Review quotations and contracts, ensuring sufficient risk management is in place;
- Conduct client presentations and participate in negotiations;
- Observe industry trends, innovations and technologies, in order to suggest best practices for continuous improvement.
- Degree or tertiary education in a relevant discipline;
- At least 8–10 years of experience in the supply chain or logistics industry, with exposure to warehouse operations;
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently;
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in sales presentations and negotiations;
- Excellent stakeholder management, both internally and externally;
- Good organisational skills and ability to work well across functional and regional teams;
- Proactive, resourceful and enterprising attitude.
