About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Regional Corporate Cash Management Sales team at Deutsche Bank, covering the Cash Management requirements of Global & Asia HQ MNCs of large corporations with key regional/global decision makers and influencers.

Key Responsibilities
  • New sales wins, revenue growth and retention in a predefined portfolio as a Corporate Cash Management Product Sales Specialist across all Deutsche Bank's markets in the APAC region.
  • Engage key decision makers of the largest and most demanding clients advancing the relationships from access to dialogue, material relationship, pipeline, mandate, to strategic advisor.
  • Work closely with other regions and cross-divisional teams across the bank to deliver cutting-edge, value-added solutions to our clients.
  • Pro-active approach to sales, lead client engagement and pitches/presentations.
  • Respond to RFPs as the global, regional, or local lead.
  • Identify and implement revenue opportunities for names assigned via cross-sell opportunities with divisional partners through ongoing discussions with clients.
  • Independently work through end-to-end preparation and coordination of regional/multi-country responses for RFP proposals and presentations, as well as the entire sales process, including following up with client requirements, scoping, solution structuring and supporting mandate execution with Implementation & Service teams.
  • Work with the Corporate Cash Management and other Business Heads to roll-out initiatives, launch & follow through campaigns, commercialize solutions; locally, regionally, or globally.
  • Travel in the region is expected to be between 25%-50% from time to time.
  • Completion of ad-hoc projects related to clients and accounts.
About You
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant cash sales or relationship management experience within a top-tier international/ regional bank.
  • Proven track record in managing complex cash deals for Local Corporates and Multi-National corporations.
  • Proven ability to build and develop client relationships, win and close new businesses.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, and oral communication skill in Mandarin Chinese or another local ASEAN country language is required for specific target markets.
  • Strong presentation skills, inter-personal and organizational skills.
  • Able to successfully develop and maintain collaborative working relationships.
  • Strong financial & analytical skills, methodical and structured.
  • Legal understanding and proficiency is required.
  • Knowledge of Corporate Treasury functions and solid knowledge in cash & liquidity management products, especially for Asia Pacific.
  • Strong client engagement skills with an unwavering focus on client satisfaction and growing business.
  • A strong team player who understands how to leverage various businesses functions/partners to drive business growth.
  • Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
