Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role focusing on legal and financial matters.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore legal procedures, corporate governance, and tax regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
