About the team
Global Revenue Operations is responsible for business-critical operational processes across our merchant lifecycle spanning Billing, Partner Payments, Tax Operations and Collections. This is coupled with supporting business growth through simplifying and transforming our merchant experience and providing value-add analytics and assurance over everything we do. We work hand in hand with the commercial account teams to provide an internal single point of contact for prevention and resolution of revenue and margin issues across our platforms to ensure we enhance our customer's experience with WorldPay. The team partner key stakeholders to optimize processes and put in place the necessary checks and balances to ensure our merchant's financial success.
What you'll own
As a GRO Business Partner you will act as a single point of contact for the APAC Commercial Account Management team rolling out the GRO service offering, supporting key merchants and leveraging the full value of Global Revenue Operations.
This is a highly visible role and critical to its success is the ability to partner our key stakeholders to deliver customer trust through continuous improvement and scaling of processes and controls.
You will collaborate closely with teams in Global Finance Operations and other internal stakeholders across Finance, Merchant Operations and Application Support & Development simplifying our processes and building for the future. Aligned to this, you will govern the delivery of strategic change with relevance to the region and ensure our processes and control frameworks keep pace and protect our merchant CX and mitigate financial risks to Worldpay.
The role is a fantastic opportunity to directly influence the success of our Tier 1 merchants in APAC, a region that is hugely important to the long-term growth and success of Worldpay.
- Partnering the Commercial Account Management team to deliver a tailored approach to delivering sustainable improvement in our merchant CX.
- Acting as a single point of contact for resolution of Billing and Collections queries, ensuring responsiveness and timeliness.
- Working hand in hand with Commercial Account Management to maximize the strategic and operational potential of GRO, simplify processes and scale future growth opportunities.
- Accelerating assurance coverage and delivery of financial benefits specific to APAC P&L.
- Implementing a contract to bill reconciliation process for all Tier 1 APAC merchants, validating merchant charging.
- Providing an assurance and governance framework over strategic change to make sure we get it right for time for our merchants.
- Reducing manual processes so WP teams can focus on value creation.
- Other related duties as assigned.

What you bring
- Demonstrable experience of business partnering stakeholders and leading virtual teams to deliver change, process, issue resolution and financial improvement initiatives.
- Solid change management experience: the ability to influence, gain acceptance for and govern change effectively.
- Proven experience in the design and delivery of assurance control frameworks that keep pace with business change and emerging risks and a clear understanding of financial principles.
- Excellent analytical skills that enable you to use data to tell a story and bring key insights to life for non-technical audiences.
- The ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Strong delivery skills: the ability to plan and track initiatives effectively and identify and mitigate risks to successful outcomes.
- You are a focused and proactive self-starter, comfortable with autonomy.
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint Skills
Added bonus if you have:
- Experience working in an assurance, revenue or billing function in Financial Services or a high-volume transactional environment.
- Previous experience in payments/fintech is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in using data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
