We enable consumers to exchange funds more safely with merchants using a variety of funding sources, which may include a bank account, a Pay Pal or Venmo account balance, Pay Pal and Venmo branded credit products, a credit card, a debit card, certain cryptocurrencies, or other stored value products such as gift cards, and eligible credit card rewards. Our Pay Pal, Venmo, and Xoom products also make it safer and simpler for friends and family to transfer funds to each other. We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description Summary:
This People Business Partner will be based in Singapore and focus on building relationships with managers, employees and site leader(s) primarily in Australia, while liaising with the global HR team. In addition, the role holder will also have deliverables linked to Singapore and select projects in APAC. Your responsibilities will be broad: people manager development, site engagement and D&I activities, performance and talent management, employee relations, organizational realignment and analytics.
You will be expected to operate in a global matrix environment, where you will receive a range of support from global leadership, colleagues and a range of centres of excellence.

Be the HR Business Partnering Lead for our Australian workforcePartner with the Australian CEO on our Site Culture initiativesSupport local deployment of global HR programs such as the annual performance & rewards cycle, talent calibration & reviews and the employee listening surveyOwn all aspects of basic Employee Relations issues (Corrective Actions etc.)Partner effectively with our Legal Counsel, Workplace Relations and Employee Advocacy TeamsCoach managers on individual & team performanceManager Training on performance evaluation, compensation, delivering feedback, HR tools and general best practicesChampion of site engagement by partnering with site leaders on culture activity, diversity & inclusion initiatives and solutions to enhance the employee experienceTogether with the business-aligned HRBPs, you’ll support business reorganizations and restructuresDeliver anecdotal and analytical insightsWork with, and leverage sales force and our internal tools to drive better efficiency in our processesAdditionally, the role holder will also support People processes and deliverables for Singapore and select projects across the APAC marketsWhat do you need to bring
