Contract Administrator

Our contracts administration team plays a pivotal role in supporting contracting business. Under the leadership of the contracting admin manager, the contracting team works closely with our payroll team performing all temporary payroll solution responsibilities.
You will act as point of contact for all temporary payroll contractors facilitating any enquiries contractors may have with their salary payment, CPF, timesheets, employment contracts, onboarding and offboarding matters.
. To assist clients and candidates request relating to timesheets,payroll and benefits matter
. Responsible for the full onboarding process for contractors, includes going through contracts, timesheet matters and process, medical insurance procedures (if applicable), and any other onboarding
documents required from the clients
. Provide consultative information on employment laws, contract
obligations and other HR services related matters.
. Resolve outstanding issues prior to payroll on leave and expense claims, overtime and salary payment in a timely manner and escalate to the contracting manager where appropriate.
. Monitor and send out reminders to contractors and clients for monthly timesheet submissions and approvals.
. Work closely with the Payroll team on all contractor matters, coordinating and communicating information between clients and the Payroll team.
Knowledge, skills and experience
. A confident, meticulous individual who can interact with internal stakeholders and external clients /candidates.
. Experience in work pass processing or payroll related matters will be
advantageous
. High attention to detail & accuracy
. Deadline driven and able to multi-task
