Administrator (Contract)
Work you’ll do
The successful candidate will support a group of lawyers and responsibilities include:
- Assist in undertaking file opening procedures
- Administrative support to the team such as process expense claims, receipts and invoices etc
- Upload files onto global in-house software on an ongoing basis
- Prepare invoices and billing documents in relation to clients
- Provide status updates on files/reports and track progress using in-house database
- Support general office administrative ad hoc matters as assigned
Requirements:
- Min GCE O level or equivalent in any discipline
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in office administrative support work
- Willing to learn in-house software
- Knowledge of software such as SAP, SAP Concur, Sharepoint, Salesforce would be advantageous
- Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office (well-versed in Microsoft Excel is a plus)
- Ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Training and opportunity to work in a compact team, and yet be exposed to a large professional services organization
