Facilities Officer

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the facilities services and ensure they are in good order including routine maintenance, pest control, landscaping, and security.
- Investigate reported malfunctions and defects and come up with plans to prevent future reoccurence.
- Manage and oversee enhancement projects within the facility and ensure they are uphold quality and standards.
- Implement operational plans and procedures which helps to resolve complaints, while maintaining adherence to local law.
- Respond to inquiries from store owners, leaseholders, and the public in regards to issues on site.
- Organise and coordinate meetings and events. This includes logistical support, securing quotes, issuing invoices, and arranging event setups.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Preferably possess certification for Fire Safety Manager.
- Service orientated mindset.
