Responsibilities:

. Formulate and execute HR strategies in alignment with the company's overarching objectives and values.

. Develop and refine HR policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure adherence to local labor laws and industry benchmarks across multiple countries.

. Supervise the recruitment and selection process, collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs, conduct interviews, and make informed hiring decisions.

. Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, facilitating seamless transitions for new hires and providing assistance during separations.

. Create and implement employee engagement programs to cultivate a positive work environment, foster teamwork, and bolster employee satisfaction and retention.

. Offer guidance and assistance to managers and staff on various HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

. Coordinate internship initiatives, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of interns, and provide ongoing support and mentorship throughout their internship tenure.

. Develop and conduct comprehensive orientation sessions for new team members, ensuring they receive thorough information about the company, policies, and procedures.

. Implement compensation and benefits packages, encompassing salary structures, incentive schemes, and employee recognition initiatives.

. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular assessments and implementing measures to mitigate risks.

. Drive learning and development endeavors, pinpointing training needs, organizing training sessions, and facilitating opportunities for talent growth.

. Supervise HR data management, ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping, HRIS administration, and timely reporting.

Qualifications And Experience:

. Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or pertinent certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are preferred.

. Demonstrated experience (7+ Years) in a senior HR management capacity within a global organization, ideally in the Agricultural / Logistics sector.

. Profound understanding of labor laws and regulations in Singapore and various African countries.

. Proven expertise in HR policy formulation, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
