We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department and support our growing team. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building strong teams and creating a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies and support career growth.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
  • Stay updated on Singaporean labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices and policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and leave management.
  • Drive initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field HR certification preferred.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in a similar HR management role, preferably in a small to medium-sized company.
  • Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, particularly in Singapore.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively work with stakeholders from various functions.
  • Passion for promoting a positive work culture and fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace environment.
