Temp Snr Executive

You will work closely with a team to provide efficient and effective administrative support for various HR functions, and partner line departments to achieve their objectives. Your efforts will contribute to client's Strategic Workforce Plan to build a competent and resilient workforce.
Job Scope
. Coordinate and support interviews, events, and meetings.
. Process HR-related functions e.g. recruitment and postings.
. Attend to HR-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
. Review and streamline work processes.
. Assist with adhoc projects as and when required.
Job Requirements:
. Degree
. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact well with all levels of staff.
. Able to work independently and is a good team player with strong drive and dedication.
. Meticulous, resourceful, and highly self-motivated.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
. Prior work experience in Human Resource in the Public Service would be an advantage.
Salary: $19 - $24/hour
Location: Scotts Road
Working Arrangement: Mon - Fri
Duration of contract: 6 months
