We are seeking motivated and passionate person to work as training and admin temp executive at regional HQ of Nippon Sanso Holdings Singapore.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the SVP, Legal & Compliance including on the following areas:
- Training activities, administration and liaison
- Preparation of training materials
- Able to translate training materials into visual aids and design content (video animation, development of powerpoint, voice-over and online training materials, etc)
- Other adhoc admin duties assigned by the SVP, Legal & Compliance
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma
- Admin and liaison experience
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Conscientious, meticulous and analytical
- Focused, Task-oriented, Resourceful and Positive disposition
