Assistant Facilities Manager

Job Responsibilities:
. Responsible for the overall facilities management and preventive maintenance of the portfolio of properties.
. Monitor day-to-day facilities and maintenance work, and to upkeep the functionality & aesthetic of the facilities.
. Lead and supervise the in-house technicians to ensure that the maintenance is carried out smoothly and efficiently.
. Monitor and follow up on the scheduled building maintenance from time to time, including license renewal, maintenance of Fire Protection System, flushing of water tanks & grease trap.
. Handle tenant's complaints, feedback review on in-room / communal facilities and take remedial actions for service recovery and to improve service delivery.
. Conduct regular inspections of properties and perform preventive property maintenance promptly to keep the property functioning in good condition.
. Ensure compliance of safety & building regulations and all other statutory requirements.
. Support superiors in managing the CERT team to ensure on-the-ground operations are well coordinated, drill, exercises and trainings are carried out as per schedule.
. Perform any ad-hoc task as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
. At least 5 years of related working experience in maintenance of M & E systems or building facilities and implementing improvement works
. Resourceful, good team player and able to multi-task
. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office
