Customer Service support

This role is temp job for 6 month Contract .
Provide general sales administrative support, as follows:
1. Manual entry spec data from COA to excel or xml file for customers.
2. Submission of COA to customers' QA or portal
3. Maintenance of Traceability reports for all PM parts.
4. Processing of used PM target collection from customer and return to factory
5. Maintenance of Tracking file for open orders vs factory order backlog
6. Retrieval of factory backlog reports & follow up with factory for orders that past committed ship date
7. Verification of forwarders' freight invoices against quotation and submit for payment approval
8. Filing of documents for each sales transaction (Customer Invoice/ Customer PO/ Signed DO/ RFQ/ Interco PO/ Interco SO/ Interco Invoice)
9. Reconciliation of Inventory in Oracle versus 3PL warehouse Stock report
10. Tracking of aging inventory to identify slower-moving items to ensure targets are delivered into customers' store with more than 50% shelf life
11. Assisting in some of the delivery procedures for consignment and PM parts
12. Engaging transporter's service for the delivery
13. Uploading of ASN - Advanced Shipping Notice onto customer's portal
14. Monthly Report - Sales file / Commission report to direct export sales / Ta reclaim tracking file
15. Update Royalty file to Finance for update new part # to the list
16.Quarterly Import / Export File - we will extract the information from system and send out for updating
