¿Qué harás como Desktop Support Analyst- Serás el punto de contacto de la vicepresidencia de IT para atención de incidencias y requerimientos a través del centro de atención de HelpDesk.
- Estarás a cargo del mantenimiento, instalación, configuración y soporte técnico, tanto en hardware como en software, de los equipos de cómputo dentro de los SLA establecidos, conservando los estándares de calidad, servicio, profesionalismo y apropiamiento.
- Aplicarás los procesos establecidos, modelos de escalamientos y manuales de aplicaciones y servicios, de acuerdo con los estándares corporativos.
- Contribuirás con el logro de la política de calidad y mejoramiento continuo de los procesos con el fin de dar cumplimiento a las normas establecidas en la organización.
- Instalarás, configurarás, diagnosticarás y gestionarás incidencias tecnológicas y brindarás soporte técnico a las aplicaciones de la compaía.
- Darás solución a las incidencias de primer nivel en la infraestructura y realizarás el mantenimiento programado de la infraestructura crítica de Teleperformance.
- Realizarás el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo requerido para los equipos de cómputo y comunicaciones LAN/WAN, sistemas de telefonía, canales de voz y datos con las herramientas suministradas por el área de operaciones de IT.
- Inglés desde 90%.
- Deseable, ser ingeniero electrónico, de telecomunicaciones, telemático o de sistemas.
- 1 ao de experiencia en seguridad de aplicaciones.
- 1 ao de experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones y/o ciberseguridad.
- Conocimiento en: C/C++, Javascript, Python, C#, Angular, Typescript y los lenguajes de programación más comunes.
- Enfoque en seguridad de aplicaciones desde la perspectiva de gestión de riesgos.
- Conocimiento en OWASP Top 10 y CWE 25 y habilidad para comunicar esas necesidades a cualquier audiencia.
