Job Summary:

As a Senior HR Manager, Talent Development, this role will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's talent strategy and ensuring the development and retention of our talents across our Group's operations. This mid/senior-level position requires a professional with a strong background in talent management, HR strategy, and experience in leading this COE function at the Group HR level.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives.
  2. Succession Planning: Develop and maintain a robust succession planning process to identify and nurture internal talent, ensuring a pipeline of future leaders within the organization.
  3. Competency Framework: Work with senior leadership and operations to design a competency framework aligned to both current and future business needs.
  4. Talent Acquisition: See through the recruitment for selection process for critical leadership roles, working closely with HR teams across various manufacturing units.
  5. Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development programs to enhance the capabilities of current and future leaders, ensuring the organization's long-term success.
  6. Learning and Development: Oversee Learning and Development (part of TM function) including to design and deliver training programs that align with the organization's talent development goals.
  7. HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of talent management programs and make data-backed recommendations for improvement.
  8. Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to talent management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Management, with a strong track record of seeing through talent programs.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Change management expertise and the ability to drive cultural change.
  • Relevant HR certifications are a plus.
