Job Description:

  • Support full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning and recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee relationship, performance management and employee engagement.
  • Be involved in recruitment strategies formation, manpower sourcing and planning, foreign talent work pass & quota issues, develop talent management framework, assessment and selection and associated processes, job posting and conduct interviews.
  • Manage the entire performance appraisal cycle including annual increment and promotion exercise as well as succession planning programme.
  • Review compensation and benefits and implement HR strategies, initiatives and policy advisory aligned with overall business needs.
  • Partnering with management and business units to enhance work environment & relationships, drive engagement and increase productivity, and employee related matters.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/ Business administration or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in HR generalist function, of which 5 years within a managerial capacity
  • Track record in leading end-to-end HR services work experience in Food manufacturing and/or F&B retail business
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws
  • Experienced in team management and people development
  • Demonstrates business and HR acumen and ability to drive HR solutions
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to be hands-on to support HR team and the business
  • Positive work attitude, resourceful, self-driven and meticulous
  • Bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking internal/external personnel
