
Co-Group CEO

A leading, diversified investment and operations group with interests across real estate, consumer products, manufacturing, financial services and hospitality, employing around 350 people, is seeking an accomplished Co-Group CEO to help drive growth, governance and operational excellence across multiple business units based in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
This position will work closely with the Board and existing leadership to:
- Strengthen business unit independence, scalability and IPO readiness.
- Oversee strategy, governance, operations, marketing and sales across sectors.
- Enhance cross-functional collaboration while reducing operational risk.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 10 years in C-level leadership roles in multi-sector or multi-country organizations, including at least 5 years in a Group or regional leadership role.
- Strategic mindset with hands on operational oversight skills.
- Experience in Southeast Asia; Thai market familiarity preferred.
- Strong track record of organizational transformation and growth.
Commitment
Full-time based in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Growth
- Develop and execute long term strategies that align with the Board and the Group's vision, mission and policies.
- Drive marketing, sales and brand positioning across all business units along with the Board.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities in Southeast Asia.
Governance & Risk Management
- Implement robust governance frameworks to reduce operational risk and prevent corruption.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across all markets.
- Establish transparent reporting and performance measurement systems for each business unit.
Operational Excellence
- Guide BU leaders to achieve operational independence and scalability.
- Streamline processes to improve efficiency, cost control, and service delivery.
- Foster innovation and data driven decision making.
Collaboration & Succession Planning
- Partner closely with the Board and executives to ensure smooth leadership transition when required.
- Mentor senior leaders to build next-generation executive talent.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, respect and accountability across the Group.
- Stakeholder Management: Builds trust with boards, investors, partners and regulators.
- Governance & Ethics: Committed to transparency, compliance and ethical business practices.
- Change Management: Skilled in leading large scale organizational change.
- Cultural Awareness: Comfortable navigating Thai and Southeast Asian cultural contexts.
