Job Scope
- We are looking for Personal Assistant to CEO to fill a vacant position at BaWangChaJi Group’s Headquarter. This position is responsible to assist the Company’s Chief Executive Officer to track and complete daily task while fulfilling the responsibility below.
- Acting as a first point of contact for CEO.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointment.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Keeping track and reminding the CEO on important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining administrative process, procedures, and systems.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to staff, suppliers, and clients, for professional duty purposes.
- Collating and filing expenses of CEO.
- Any other task assigned by CEO from time-to-time basis.
