X's Global Content Partnerships team is seeking a driven, creative, self-sufficient, and resourceful Partner Manager to develop strategies and best practices for X's premium content partners across the Greater China region, aiming to drive new and increased revenue streams along with delivering top-quality content.

We are looking for an experienced Agency Manager to lead and expand our agency partnerships in Greater China. This role is essential for revenue growth, client satisfaction, and aligning our agency partners with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent commercial acumen, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key agency partners across Greater China.
  • Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for agencies on behalf of the company.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver value to agency partners.
  • Create and execute regional agency development plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and onboard new agency partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at regional industry events and agency meetings.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to agency business.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to maximize agency relationships with X (product, engineering, legal, marketing, communications, finance, sales, brand strategy, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in agency account management, partnerships, or digital marketing roles, preferably within Greater China.
  • Proven success in managing high-value relationships and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with remote teams.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; Business Chinese is highly preferred for liaising with China agencies.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
