We are looking for a Partner Manager with a proven track record in hunting, recruiting, and enabling new channel partners.
**There are 4 major priorities in terms of what you will be doing**:
- Identify, recruit, and develop new partners by identifying key milestones and executing account plans.
- Work through a process in activating dormant reseller partners
- Lead and guide Partners in business planning with go-to-market strategy and driving towards profitability.
- Develop, plan, and execute partner-initiated sales opportunities campaigns by identifying specific customer segments and industry verticals with partners to approach with a joint value proposition with NETXGEN vendors.
- Maintain quarterly business plans aligned to business metrics targets such as pipeline build, deal registration, certification etc.
- Provide regular weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence to all the key stakeholders, with a strong analytical approach and crisp communication style. Update the CRM tools with customer details, interaction, and pipeline.
- Ability to work well in a team environment to ensure partner and customer satisfaction, primarily sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
**What You Should Have**:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar sales-oriented role, with a track record of successful delivery against quota and assigned targets.
- Have some channel partner sales experience, selling to enterprises, and a good understanding of the enterprise customer buying journey.
- Demonstrate strong initiatives and superior ability to think creatively, coupled with excellent presentation, written and overall communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Extremely focused, disciplined, and professionally persistent; outstanding time management skills and can work well in a team.
- Exceptional cross-organization collaboration and communication skills
