Roles & Responsibilities

The Association of Small & Medium Enterprises (ASME) is a not-for-profit

organization which serves to facilitate the growth and development of small

and medium enterprises.

We are now looking for a dynamic individual to join us as Executive

(Member Relations)

Responsibilities


• Event and Program Support: Assist in conceptualizing, planning, and

executing monthly events and programs for members.


• Day to Day Operations: Process new applications and handle renewal

reminders and manage general membership enquiries.


• Payments: Verify details and payments, coordinate with the Finance

team.


• Report: Prepare and deliver monthly membership reports.


• Marketing: Create and manage Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) to

engage members and promote events.


• Member Rewards Programme: Develop and expand member rewards

by sourcing and uploading benefits to the Members Portal. Track

redemption rates to measure engagement and success.


• Partnership: Collaborate with external partners on joint initiatives,

including webinars, site visits, workshops, and roundtable

discussions.


• Digitalisation: Work with internal teams to enhance the Members

Portal, focusing on functionality, user experience, and interface

improvements to increase member engagement.


• Portal Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Members

Portal, ensuring up-to-date content and a seamless user experience.


• Ad Hoc Duties: Support various events, functions, and activities

organized by ASME as needed.

Requirements


• Diploma holder and above in any discipline.


• Must possess pleasant personality, excellent communication skills and

be result-driven.


• Must be able to work under tight timeline and handling multiple

projects concurrently


• Candidate must be meticulous and be able to manage administration

of projects independently and with minimum supervision.


• Must be prepared and able to travel at least once a month.


• Must also be able to formulate and conduct presentation in front of

higher Management.


• International trade knowledge, financial skills and accounting will be

an added advantage.


• Relevant experience preferred but fresh graduates with strong

enthusiasm for exposure can apply.
