
It/membership Executive

Reporting to both Events and Marketing Manager and Human Resource Manager, your duties as a IT/Membership are detailed below:
A) Membership Engagement and Retention
i) To be the key person in charge for planning and carrying out engagement and retention activities smoothly and successfully.
ii) To understand and monitor membership data and exit interview data in order to contribute ideas for engagement and retention betterment.
iii) To maintain good relationship with member and continue to build good rapport for retention purposes.
iv) To highlight on arising issues that contribute to the key cause of member resignation and propose with solution.
v) To achieve the targeted retention number each month
B) Membership Administration
i) To be the key person in charge to manage the membership data and process cycle which includes maintaining and protecting the existing and new members’ information and document.
ii) To conduct thorough exit interview with resigning member and record the collected information for future review.
iii) To process membership related reports as instructed by Dept head.
iv) To support in updating and up-keeping marketing materials.
C. Membership recruitment
i) To support any membership recruitment activities
ii) To achieve the targeted recruitment number each month
D. To assist the HR Manager in IT Administration. The duties and responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:
a. To work closely with outsourced IT maintenance vendor and ERP system vendor to ensure full compliance to the Corporate Governance. This includes conducting regular log review.
b. Safe custody of spare IT hardware and peripherals including the maintenance of all documentation and records related to them.
c. Safe custody of IT software including the maintenance of all documentation and records related to them.
d. To source and purchase IT hardware and peripherals
e. To prepare policies and document pertaining to IT
f. To arrange ICT sub-committee meeting and write meeting minutes.
g. All matters related to the Club’s IT Management System.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
