Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Review adequacy of maintained documents against relevant management standards
  • Carry out internal Integrated Management Systems (IMS) audits
  • Work with training partners to conduct Awareness Training on ISO IMS on a regular basis, including revisions and updates to the systems
  • Guide EM Services companies in documenting and implementation of ISO Management Systems
  • Promote recognized principles and techniques of effective management systems
  • Plan and coordinate IMS Management Review sessions
  • Other duties as assigned from time-to-time based on job requirements

Requirements

  • Degree qualification preferably in Engineering
  • At least 3 years of audit experience
  • MUST be a registered Auditor/Lead Auditor of relevant certification schemes
  • Experience in process analysis and control assessment to identify weaknesses and improvement areas
  • MUST be familiar with 2 or more ISO management system standards (e.g. Quality Management System - ISO 9001, Environmental Management System - ISO 14001, OH&S Management System - ISO 45001 etc)
  • Process improvement oriented (PDCA, Kaizen, 6-Sigma, 5-WHYS, Fishbone etc)
