Job Title: IMS Manager

Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) across various organizations, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of IMS systems.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on ISO IMS awareness, revisions, and updates.
  • Guide companies in documenting and implementing ISO Management Systems.
  • Promote effective management practices and principles.
  • Coordinate IMS Management Review sessions and plan improvements.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of audit experience.
  • Registered Auditor/Lead Auditor certification for relevant schemes.
  • Experience in process analysis, control assessment, and improvement.
  • Familiarity with 2 or more ISO management system standards.
  • Process improvement skills (PDCA, Kaizen, 6-Sigma, 5-WHYS, Fishbone).
