Senior IMS Manager

This role involves managing and improving Integrated Management Systems (IMS) within an organization. Key responsibilities include conducting internal audits, reviewing maintained documents, working with training partners, guiding documentation and implementation of IMS, promoting effective management systems, planning and coordinating IMS management review sessions, and other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree qualification preferably in Engineering
- At least 3 years of audit experience
- MUST be a registered Auditor/Lead Auditor of relevant certification schemes
- Experience in process analysis and control assessment to identify weaknesses and improvement areas
- MUST be familiar with 2 or more ISO management system standards
- Process improvement oriented skills such as PDCA, Kaizen, 6-Sigma, 5-WHYS, Fishbone
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal IMS audits
- Review maintained documents against management standards
- Work with training partners on Awareness Training
- Guide documentation and implementation of IMS
- Promote effective management systems
- Plan and coordinate IMS management review sessions
