Job Title: Senior Management Professional - IMS Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Management Professional, specializing in Integrated Management Systems (IMS). In this critical role, you will be responsible for reviewing the adequacy of maintained documents against relevant management standards.

  • Audit Experience: At least 3 years of audit experience with expertise in process analysis and control assessment to identify weaknesses and improvement areas.
  • Certification: MUST be a registered Auditor/Lead Auditor of relevant certification schemes.
  • ISO Familiarity: MUST be familiar with 2 or more ISO management system standards, such as Quality Management System - ISO 9001, Environmental Management System - ISO 14001, and OH&S Management System - ISO 45001.
  • Process Improvement: Process improvement oriented, with expertise in PDCA, Kaizen, 6-Sigma, 5-WHYS, and Fishbone techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and maintain compliance with relevant management standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and assessments of IMS systems.
  • Develop and implement awareness training programs on ISO IMS for employees.
  • Guide EM Services companies in documenting and implementing ISO management systems.
  • Provide expert advice on recognized principles and techniques of effective management systems.
  • Plan and coordinate IMS Management Review sessions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on job requirements.

Requirements:
  • Education: Degree qualification preferably in Engineering.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and coaching abilities.
  • Software Proficiency: Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
