**Operation Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily productions to ensure day-to-day operation runs
smoothly
- Supervise production team, ensure kitchen staff perform their job
accordingly and machinery allocation
- Managing work flows, inventory including stocks supplies,
maintaining of machines and equipment
- Ensure that all orders for Food Panda, Grabs and Deliveroo are
prepared and served promptly and timely
- Ensure food hygiene & safety regulations are followed as according
to NEA's policy
- Report to senior management and director
- Evaluate performance and provide feedbacks

**Skills**:

- Great organizational skill
- Ability to delegate tasks
- Good knowledge of food industry
- Good leadership abilities and communication skills

**Requirements**:

- O Level/Diploma
- Experience in F&B sectors
- Ability to communicate in English
- Working 6 days a week including weekends and Public Holidays

**Salary**: Up to $4,500.00 per month
