Roles & Responsibilities

The Role

This position will be responsible for managing communication between a company's corporate management and the investors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute investor relations programmes to facilitate communication and liaison with the investment community.
  • Support the development of the documentation and communication processes, including preparation of annual reports, drafting of announcements, press releases and media reports, scripts, talking points, Q&A documents, key messages, and presentation and pitch materials to analysts, as well as new and existing investors.
  • Organise and participate in meetings with investment community such as analysts' meetings, investor conferences and roadshows.
  • Handle media relations and other activities such as Corporate Social Responsibility.
  • Conduct research and analysis of REITs, real estate industry, economic environment and funds flow, etc.
  • To keep abreast of developments in the industry, investment trends as well as to track company-specifics such as analysts' consensus, feedback on company's strategies and activities.
  • Manage the production of the REIT's annual sustainability report in accordance with SGX reporting requirements, and GRESB submission.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or Communications.
  • Preferably with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and exposure to equity capital markets and/or a strong grasp of finance will be a distinct advantage.
  • Pro-active, customer-focused, a good team player and independent in working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required to obtain the CMFAS license.
