Our client, a leading listed platform with diverse investments across multiple sectors, is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to lead communications with the investment community. This role will be based in Singapore and will partner closely with senior management to craft and deliver compelling corporate narratives that strengthen stakeholder confidence and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the principal liaison between the company and institutional investors, analysts, and other market participants for one of the group's listed investment vehicles.
  • Develop and execute investor communications strategies that effectively convey the company's value proposition, performance, and growth plans across various channels such as press releases, regulatory filings, corporate reports, presentations, and digital platforms.
  • Oversee quarterly and annual financial disclosure processes, including the preparation of investor decks, media briefings, talking points, FAQs, and management scripts.
  • Plan and manage investor engagement initiatives such as one-on-one meetings, non-deal roadshows, investor days, analyst briefings, and annual general meetings.
  • Track and analyse market trends, industry developments, peer performance, analyst coverage, and investor sentiment to provide timely insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Support broader corporate communications and branding initiatives, including ESG and sustainability-related disclosures, ensuring alignment with the company's overall narrative.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years' experience in investor relations, corporate communications, capital markets, or related functions within a listed company.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, compelling messages.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently at senior levels.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to perform under tight timelines.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative, with a strong sense of initiative.
