We have a current opportunity for an Investor Relations Associate with a Venture Capital fund on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Singapore. For further information about this position please apply.
Job Description:
Conduct investor research, identify and evaluate prospective and new investors.
Collaborate with the team to design and implement effective investor engagement strategies.
Build and sustain strong relationships with institutional investors through consistent communication and performance reporting.
Support fundraising activities, including the preparation of due diligence materials, organizing roadshows, creating marketing presentations, and managing investor updates and inquiries.
Work with the team to ensure alignment between the fund's investment strategy and investor expectations.
Plan and coordinate investor-related events such as annual general meetings and industry conferences.
Handle various ad hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
At least 3+ years of prior experience in a similar Investor Relations/Fundraising role with a Private Equity, Venture Capital or Asset Manager.
Prior track record and experience in dealing with institutional investors.
Strong understanding of the PE/VC industry and also demonstrating a strong passion for the landscape.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
