**Overview**:The Investor Relations Manager is responsible for managing communication and relationships between the company and its shareholders, investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. They play a crucial role in representing the company to the investment community and ensuring transparency in financial reporting and communications. The Investor Relations Manager reports to the Investor Relations Head.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the investor relations strategy in alignment with the company's objectives to maximize shareholder value and investor confidence.
- Act as a primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial institutions, addressing inquiries, providing information, and managing relationships.
- Prepare and review financial reports, presentations, press releases, and other investor-related communications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations on investor sentiment and perception.
- Organize and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, and corporate events to promote the company and attract potential investors.
- Coordinate earnings calls, investor meetings, and analyst briefings to discuss the company's financial performance, strategic initiatives, and outlook.
- Maintain the investor database, track shareholder ownership, and analyze shareholder profiles to inform investor targeting and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance, legal, and communications, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and disclosure practices.Stay abreast of regulatory developments, disclosure obligations, and best practices in investor relations to ensure compliance and transparency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; relevant certifications (CFA, IR certification) are a plus.
- Proven experience in investor relations, finance, corporate communications, or related fields, preferably in a publicly traded company or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and SEC regulations governing disclosure and reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and compelling manner to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, trends, and investor feedback.
- Relationship-building skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in investor relations tools and software, financial analysis, and presentation software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, PowerBI).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion.
